No, the Cousins Beach house isn’t sold in The Summer I Turned Pretty season 2 episode 4.
However, it appears to be just a matter of time. Aunt Julia spent all the latest episode to prepare the place for an open house where potential buyers could come and see it. While a last-minute AC issue prevented the open house from going down, that didn’t stop Aunt Julia from completely cleaning the Cousins Beach house from Susannah’s memories. The beach house is the place where the characters spend their summers and share many memories together. When the young protagonists returned home, they were very surprised to see the house empty.
