On Thursday, three people lost their lives in the Ukrainian government-controlled part of Kherson, a southern province in Ukraine.
The head of the military administration of Kherson region, Oleksandr Prokudin, reported the attack on his Telegram account.
“The Russian army fired at residential apartments in the inhabited areas of the region,” Prokudin added.
According to the same source, in addition to the three fatalities, five other civilians were injured in the attacks.
“The Russian army used a total of 671 projectiles of various types in these attacks, including 45 aimed at the city of Kherson, located on the western bank of the Dnieper River and serving as the capital of this province divided in two by the major Ukrainian river.”
